domain ConduitLoans.com (rep++ for apprsl)

I was excited to get any (type of loan)Loan(s).com name when I got this. Conduit loans are a special type of commercial loan that actually does seem to represent a decent portion of them. I can only find a site mentioning 2003, but in that year it was 18% of commercial loans being conduit loans. Conduit loan(s) has 623 OVT in Feb, and "conduit loans" has 22,000 Google with a bunch of Adwords ads bidding for placement on that search. Is it too specialized of a name to expect $x,xxx? Any comments would be appreciated! Thank you.

Not a bad name, IMO. You're right, good loan names are hard to come by. Both ConduitLender and ConduitLenders are developed by the same company. I would say you could easily market your name to them or another similar company for $1000-$1500 right now, considering all of the competition on adwords for loan keywords in general. Top bid on "conduit loan" is at $2.25 right now.
