I've used this domain for a sole proprietor side business for seven or eight years in a local market. I did pretty well when I advertised in the yellow pages but have never put any effort into online promotion.

However, I don't have the time nor energy to continue, so it's been neglected and I am offering it up for considering of serious offers. I am not in a rush to sell, so please consider low ball offers to be rejected outright. I'll be divesting much of my Fabulous domain portfolio as well if you are looking for something in particular.
