Anyone else ever collect comics? I don't anymore but used to have thousands over the years... I preferred the DC comics, like Superman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Atom, Metal Men, Star Spangled War Stories, SGT. Rock.. all nice bronze age titles...

That didn't stop me from the other titles tho.. I'm sure I've owned every key Marvel comic from the 60's and 70's at one point or another... I loved Fantastic Four, Spiderman, Hulk, and Iron Man.. Dr Strange was cool too...

I just noticed Batman #27 selling on ebay (Golden Age title) for over $88,000!

What did you have in YOUR collection?

my friend from school has that comic book, and wouldnt suprised if hes the one selling, whats the link? His room is awsome, he took these newer comic books and used the papers in the as wall paper, now it sounds like it would look bad but they used some type of glue and it looks awsome, ill have to get some pictures of it.

I collect Magic the Gathering, and have gone to tours and won local ones at the the hotel Magic hosts them at :)

Theres a Expo for comics here soon in Monroeville, pa and my friends taking me lol.

In my business management class, i read this kid asked him parents for $100 to goto one, and made a $2,000 profit at age 11 within a weekend!

Did you ever get into selling them?

never really liked comic books, but I purchased one for a friend, ended up keeping it lol.

I have the death of Superman that was oddly enough, misprinted AND misbound. no idea as to it's value, but has to be worth something I'd think :)

Are you sure it's the original and not a reprint? That's a very rare book!

Yes, I sold comics for years... never had a "comic store" but bought them when I found them and resold them to flea market customers or dealers.

I was into flea marketing for 30+ years.
