Please note, VAT is payable on top the price if your billing address is in the EU and you don't have a valid EU VAT number. VAT rate is zero if you are outside from the EU.
I will need your full name and address, or your company name, address and tax/VAT number because I must issue an invoice to you, even if you don't need it. If you can't give me your billing details, then I can't sell the domain to you. I only need your billing details for my mandatory invoice.
