I would like to take your input on these domains I bought a while ago. I hand registered them after trying pretty much 1000+ searches for a decent available name.

Please let me know of your thoughts what you think would be the reseller price and end user price?

I'd say set a BIN for $250-1000 and take any offer. If they don't sell I personally wouldn't renew them unless there are similar names sales in the next year. Animal names sell better than pastries (CoinGecko, etc).
