In terms of domain prices? No way... compared to whats going on behind the scenes those are pretty cheap for good keyword domains.

I think in a couple of years, these sale prices will seem dirt cheap. Chinese IDNs are the wave of the future, there is so much room for growth, with all the new browser features that allow for IDNs, plus the fact the Chinese internet use is growing at a very fast rate.
