You ignored the basic rule of domaining. Stay a mile away from names and trademarks.
ditto
it's a C&D waiting to happen
now a simple fan site about a guy that still draws chicks even though he's old as dirt might get you some minor traffic, but monetizing it won't amount to much
definitely not an 'investment' domain
speed hosting will cost you more than the income it generates
so you want to put it on a sloooooowwww shared network like godaddy or hostgator, it's 5 or 10 bucks a month
I don't think it will generate that in 'income'
Just test the page open times of all the junk sites on godaddy and hostgator, you see 5 to 10 seconds page open times, that means 90% of people that try to visit sites on those networks backup and don't even hit the page since we now live in the age of 'instant' net
People are used to fast open times now even on mobile devices, heck my whole company now revolves around supplying companies with millisecond open times for wordpress sites with 2mb or so front doors, you keep the open time under 1 second and you don't lose potential traffic which in the age of expensive cpc clicks is the whole key to sem and even seo
You open under 1 second with a 2mb wordpress front door you got a site people see
I don't let a company on my network unless they can afford 250 a month for that level of speed to host on real cloud network optimized to handle the load heavy cms most companies use today which is wordpress
If you can't afford a speed cloud network with under 1 second page opens, then expect 5 to 10 second page open times and that means 90% of potential users will never even see your info
It costs MONEY today to have anything work right on the net, 99% of sites fall into the bad network hosting category and that is a major part of how google now ranks sites, it's why the directory sites with fast networks dominate serps for most terms today, they have the #1 seo factor in google's eyes FAST PAGE OPENS which means GREAT USER EXPERIENCE, speed is the #1 strike today in Google's mind.
I don't think anyone here is even discussing this problem today with trying to host and develop anything, so that's the first hurdle you have to endure, do you really want to sink 3K or more a year in trying to host a site quickly that is really just a potential C&D liability.
It's a liability IMO and not worth owning
The potential aggravation out weighs any potential gains
Now if you are a guy or girl that digs the dude, fine, live with slow page opens and it still costs you 5 or 10 a month to host somewhere
