I was actually playing on word Cigarette itself , Cigrate has some searches as per Traffic tools and it is typo of word cigratte . May be i am wrong but cigarette + rates can be to together in a sense like Marlboro cigarette rates in USA/Australia etc.

i think cigret would be a better typo or at least phonically sounding, I can see how cigrate would fit into that category. For this to have any value you would have to develop it first. IMO. As is domain only I would have to say reg fee.
