Cloaked URL redirection

I have tried doing search for this and as is normally the case, 10,000 links to ads for companies that offer redirection services come up. So, my question is this. What code is normally used in webpages to redirect to another URL, will still displaying the original URL? Example, If someone types in www.xyz.com, and I want to redirect it to www.zzz.com but still show www.xyz.com in the address header, what would be the best way to do this.

Keep in mind we have control of the DNS servers as well as the Website files.
