I don't agree. If your not trying to hustle apple you will be fine. From what my attorney says you can create a domain like this as long as your not cyber squating. If he developed a site for it that sold ipad products or a discussion forum, it is perfectly legal.

With that, it doesn't mean they won't attempt to harass you.

The names are parked at GD, therefore he is benfitting from parking revenue on a TM name, have a look at the ads, all iPad ads

Oh yea, if he did all that, you have a good case.

My point is not everytime you include a product or company name is it illegal.

:imho: thats bad ... -> commercial use of trademark ... for profit ... without licence ... imho very bad
only use would be for private
