It has over 100k global monthly exacts. I believe it's a Spanish word for "Figure", also used as a slang word for "number" by Czech language. However not sure how to use it with this extension. Reg fee as domain only IMO. Good luck

I think "cifra" is transcription of the russian word "digit", and also spanish and maybe italian translation of the word "digit".

that's correct - "cifra" does mean "digit" in Russian. the problem is "cifra.tv" does not mean "digital.tv", it's "digit.tv" which does not sound good and makes little sense in Russian.. if you target Russian end-users i would strongly recommend a refund if possible..
