one good piece of advice i have picked up that might be of use is to stick to .com extensions if you can as they are most valuable (obvioulsy still has to be a good name too). as such i'm not a big fan of this - chocolate.com would be much better

You can't compare dot bz to dot com. Putting a strong keyword in a useless extension does nothing. You can still buy the same keyword in other extensions (see: www.domcomp.com).
