Grabbed cheese.ie today on the drop. Could be the top name for any cheese monger in Ireland.

It can only be sold to someone with a connection to Ireland - any idea on approximate value guys?

That means that the demand for this extension is not there.
If you can sell, well and good.
If not, drop it by the end of the year and focus on better extensions.
However good the name, if there is no demand for extension, it doesn't sell
