Got a few low offers, I'm willing to lower the BIN to $18 a piece. Remember that these got like a full year left on them.

Also just ask yourself, where have you ever seen zipcodes NNNNN.com this cheap? I encourage you to go take a look at some recent zipcode sales. Some larger US city zipcodes go for more than $250 a piece.
