.info Cheapest .info Registration

Which registrar has the lowest cost for .info registration at the moment, and accepts Paypal?

These are the cheapest? There aren't any registrars running promotions (like .50, .99, etc. :P). $2.88 is far from expensive, but I was looking at registering domains on a bulk scale (250+), so I'm looking for the cheapest deal out there.

RegisterFly.com does 1.00 bulk deal but you need to buy about 100

I've seen 'em for $0.99 recently somewhere (non-bulk). Hmm, I'll try and find out where that was.

Ah yeah,
It was at APlus.net that has the $0.99 .INFO names (limited to 5 p/p), but I don't recommend them. Do some domain forums/Google searches to learn more about them.
