Charity org seeks developer
Does anyone know a developer that might be interested in doing a freebie (Xchangie) for a soon-to-be charitable organisation?
I have done a number of these myself in the past to kick start my portfolio but as I no longer do web work, they've asked me to source someone who might.
They have a design (not a .psd) which requires coding into a home page with an additional page template so that they can make copies and propagate as required.
In return, they are willing to offer advertising space (site, e-newsletter and local/national press releases). In addition, I have persuaded them to offer the designer first choice on future paid development work (They will require more advanced features such as CMS integration and e-commerce facilities).
I know these 'portfolio' type projects can be a pain sometimes but you will be dealing through me, if it's any consolation. I have agreed to offer all graphics, buttons, banners and logos etc.
