Can be used for a boxing site etc... =)
Could be sold for mid-high xxx depending on who and when somone buy :P
When you sell cc in general, you get more end user sales, maybe somone wants to pay even more.

Downside:
You must hold on and renew for longer time, and you don't know if somone wants to buy
And if somone wants to buy, you don't know how much they will pay,
it's easy to get greedy, and blow off a deal.

If you really want to know if somone needs your domain alot, you don't park it.
Leave it blank, and let them contact you via the e-mail you provided when you reg domains.
Here is the chance to blow of potential deals aswell, do what you think is right...
