Well, I don't know if this food could have something special as to make some people want the name, but if it's a simple food I don't see much sense in building a site for just one food, so this would imply a low value, maybe $5 - $30 range

What you could do is to offer the name to people with related sites to test and ask an amount you think accurate to start with

My dad was offered a "100 year old egg" and from what he told me about the experience it wont ever be popular in north america unless the Chinese buys america after the next great rescission with all the gold they are hoarding
