Ceilidh band website needs advice!

Hi all. Newbie Gregster, here, from Scotland.
In fact, I have two sites that I'd love some opinions on.
They're dead simple in terms of layout : nothing that flashy : I do all my design using a combination of Paint Shop Pro and FP express,and I'm completely self-taught.

The first site is my ceilidh band (what's a ceilidh band, I hear you ask!) well click on www.thejiggers.co.uk to find out!

This one will be getting updated soon with new graphics and downloads etc... but your advice on what it needs would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to know about how I can improve all aspects, but particularly the code side of it : like how to put in the keywords etc for search engine friendliness.

on your second site, beatcave, those wavy buttons are kind of annoying after about the first second. I know that wasn't much help, actually no help at all, but im not in the mood to analyze everything and tell you what to do. But I can tell you that your on the right design path, you just need more experience.

Can anyone comment on the code side of it? I dunno how to best implement keywords and meta tags etc...

Also, my sites are not hosted by the company I registered the names with : I've got cloaked redirection on. Are there downsides to this?
