domain cbradios.com + sociopath.com

Probably letting both go, please suggest values. Thank you.

1. cbradios.com - mid XXX uniques and $150+ per month PPC income - has an amazing click-through rate of +70%

2. www.sociopath.com is a developed domain since a couple months, receiving 3,000 to 4,000 uniques per month. Its only revenue is from Adsense which is close to $100 per month. When Sociopath.com was parked its income was more than double... having it developed has thus far been a big dissapointment

DBRadios.com is worth at least $5000 in a quick sale situation and probably $10-15k to the right buyer.

Sociopath.com is another excellent name! Also $5k++

Both are great domains and would expect at least 10K for the CB one and close to that for the other.

CBradios.com - Awesome name. I know the CB radio following used to be greater, but if it's still making that much in PPC, I'm sure someone would be willing to fork over low xx,xxx for this one. I don't suppose there are any CB radio affiliate sites out there you could be sending traffic to instead...

Azt, trying an affiliate program is a good idea, thanks. Have hesitated doing it because in the past had a some what similar domain (robots.com) and found PPC converted better.
