I received a response on a mailer from the owner of the .net. What are your thoughts on retail value and give me reseller also I guess. He wants me to give him an asking price...

In this scenario, I believe $225 - $350+ is "reasonable", IMHO.
If it were mine, and I was looking to sell, would want to move it quickly and not haggle ... for my two sense.

Yeah, my expiriences with this kind of situation was different. I contacted the owner of HiDefinition.com (I own the .net) and I ask how much for the domain, and well he said 2000.00 and I never replied back.

If it's undeveloped, Cool's prices seem right.

I had the same thoughts as Cool and the email wasn't anything more than "How much do you want?" I'm going to do a little research and see if I can find out if he owns alot of these type sites or just a few and go from there.
