You got a very big header. And the logo is too plain. Much better if you combine the image of the sweeper and the logo text, but of course work on how you are going to blend them well. Also I love the slideshow, but it would be better to put it below the header, not at the bottom of the page.

I think your website need some improvements. The colors are blend. I think you can use header images slide show. It will make your website more dynamic. The design is simple, try to add more creative things.
