Car Sinage for website traffic

I was thinking about get some car signage for my blog but I was looking at the car signage magnets and there is heaps about car damage with these signs.

Does anyone have any experiance on success or cheaper alternatives.

Lets discuss stats and ideas.

Also what do you think about custom number plate frames for $15 each with 1 line above and 1 line below your number plates. effective or not?

It might be helpful for local targets like if your establishment is within a city only.

My work vehicles are plastered with advertisements of my websites - works very well. If I travel to another city I can then log in to the analytics and see a spike wherever I go.

I use full on decals - they can be removed without causing any damage and the don't rub and vibrate like magnetic advertising can, which of course destroys your paint job.

I've used vinyl window stickers before, works pretty good.
