Cancelling a Directi Reseller domain

I know you can cancel a domain and get a refund within 5 days with most registrars but does anyone know about a Directi Reseller? And if it can be done, how you go about it?

I've tried finding the answer on the Reseller's site (mitsu.in) but the layout/design is horrible.

yes you can cancel domain, to cancel you have to send email to support with reason. they will charge you $1 for cancellation

Login > Manage Domain > Delete Domain (max. 5 days after registered)

Charge for Deletion: $1
