But since both the words "Apple" and "Store" are generic in nature. You may be able to buy and sell such domains but never be able to add an auto-generated advertisement (AdSense, parking ads etc) on it because the ads will in all likelihood be related to AppleStore trademark and you will get in trouble. You can not sell any electronics or computer related products on such domain. So, you probably can only sell Apples (the actual fruits on it) and even then you may still be hit with a UDRP for a myriad of other technical reasons.

I am sure, Apple's, Inc. TM includes also those TM classes which are covering 'domain' - so it's probably even not possible to use it for a domain marketplace.
