Please how can i make a use of this my site TWEETFOLLOWERS.COM

For me i was think something like this, to make it to be a place were people can have fun with the hottest tweet online,have some good twits to retweet,make auto request to millions member in twitter to increase yr tweet followers with a click from yr mouse.

So guys this is my plan please what do you think?

Can you build that kind of site for me or do you no who can build that With many features for me?
