Can this be done in wordpress?

Let me ask all you gurus out there.

I am looking for an archive plugin of sorts. If you look at this page TONY KART you will see they have a handful of news on the homepage. When you click on "news" you will see that it lists out all of the past news in a neat looking grid.

How hard would this be to replicate in wordpress? I know there are archive plugins but they are usually only text.

Any input would be great

Can you not use the archive plug-in but integrate it into your design so that it shows the image? Using a custom field.

I have only used WP a few times, hope this helps.

use that with tables instead of the li's that they use (or you can be very fancy and code your css to make those li's look like tables)

then for the image... im not too sure

Yeah, using table must do the work. You have to specify table properties.
