If I get a shared server at yahoo web hosting.
If I have my domain parked at godaddy can I use it , point it, to the yahoo server.
This way i don't have to transfer the domain to yahoo, I can keep it at godaddy.

Yes, you can do it. In Go Daddy edit the name servers on your domain to the following:

* Primary Name Server: yns1.yahoo.com
* Primary IP Address: 66.218.71.205 (may not be required)

* Secondary Name Server: yns2.yahoo.com
* Secondary IP Address: 216.109.116.20 (may not be required)

I found this on the url listed below so if you need any more help I would take a look at the web hosting help on Yahoo. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/domains/redelegation/redelegation-03.html

Good luck with yahoo. If you have not yet signed up with yahoo, it would be good to have a look around.

I have not heard much good about them, also you need to remember that you will get for what you pay.
