i would have to say mid $xx, good luck.

I'd say low to mid $xxx range. There's many possibilities for the name, could be used as an information portal for new entrepreneurs who want to get started, a directory of American entrepreneurs to fit the extension, and much more. :gn:

End user evaluation.
I like the name with extension a lot.
I think you are in the drivers seat on this one as you know the party that is attempting to buy & what their business is (I assume).
I would put out a price in the mid-upper $$$ and let them know that you will also consider offers. I know you don't want to close an open door.
They approached you. It must be a name that fits for them. If they are serious they will either accept or counter.
I know it's not a price but hopefully a little helpful advice.
