Minimal to nothing -- hyphens are a real killer of most domains, and unbalanced hyphens (ie. in your case, two words with a hyphen between them and two without) just completely kill market value.
The apparent keyword value of "business real estate," in my opinion, is misleading. For one thing, real estate is by definition a geo market -- people actually involved in real estate, ie. the ones spending money and therefore the traffic you want, are going to be looking for properties in a certain market. Without a market attached to the name, you might as well use an easy-to-remember brandable (Trulia, Zwillow, etc.) than a subpar generic with a hyphen in it. On the other hand, perhaps even more important, "business real estate" sounds like a sexy term, but it's not really something that people actually looking for those kinds of properties say. If you check search and AdWords data for "business real estate" and compare them to "commercial properties" you'll see what I mean.
