That wasn't a political statement (I am a Bush Supporter), that was a general statement on registering event related domains you usually see on the drop lists about 14 months later. Not particularly this pair which probably have some future useful value above reg fee, but the category in general.
Anyone remember the likes of:
y2kfixer.net, algore-for-president.org, september-eleventh-events.com, Deanforpresident.info, Kerry-McCain.com, etc.
Normally the only money maker for these type of domains is the registrar and registry.
