Write a letter to each realtor, letting them know that you own BurbankProperties.org and need to let it go for $150. That's what I would do if it was mine. the .com is active and that's a plus for you because the .net is parked. You don't know until you try. Being that more people are buying homes right now, I believe you have a very good chance of selling it.
