Just an idea but if you want to try and get members you could offer something in the NP$ forum such as 10NP$ on signup and 1NP$ per post.

Yes, it does.. But since the version 2 of IPB they're using is still on beta, so there's no way to know if someone goes through the trouble of making a skin, maybe it doesn't work in the final version of v2.
