It's a bot, worthless IMO
But that might be EU (End User) value
250 is what a speculator will part with IMO
So fast dump 150 to 250
Trying to find an end user for it, good luck
Not a bad reg, but not great, like I said it's a near fit for the tld, not bad but not 'great'

Well that is your opinion really.

yep, everyone here is just an opinion

not one bot can give a legit value for any domains, any domain under 100K obvious value is just a crap shoot, it's whatever a speculator will fork over for it most of the time, or if you're lucky an end user for a minor term comes up with a few bucks

you got less than 100 industry keywords .com that are all mega million assets, with them you can control the future of that industry and some are now easily worth 50M to 100M if not more

then you have a few prefixes of those 100 or so terms that can with a lot of money be branded to become a major player in those industries

the rest of the whole internet game is just minor assets

if you control a legit keyword or a 1 character prefix for the key industry terms in these 7 industries you have a development asset

insurance
medical
homes
automotive
trades
news
tech

the assets are all .com and only stuff 99.99% of people can get into is a prefix

now in those Big 7 industries, you have maybe 100 or so major terms that are all multi billion buck industries

now no bot can give you a value on any term for those 100 keywords, none of them

anything other than that is just a relatively minor potential asset that could fetch 50K to 1M from an end user with dough and they will often sell for literally pocket change from speculator to speculator

so in that small niche of assets, I actually get paid to give my opinion on if such an asset can be developed and how much should a project invest in such names

the rest of the domain names, yawn, yeah some tld's are hot now you can do minor sales, there's 1000's of business terms all worth something, but the nuggets of gold are in for the most part 7 industries and 100 terms and prefixes in .com are what no bot is programmed to look at

nor do they understand that a power industry keyword now is worth 100 million not 5 or 10 mil

now you have lots of nice value in lots of .com terms

travel
geo
numbers

but the industry assets that can become major companies are very very rare

so yeah it's my opinion, just like everyone else, it's an opinion

This name has a few rough edges. First and foremost the 2 keywords [building estate] do not flow together. I doubt anyone has spoken the exact words in exact order since the last ice age. Maybe it was scrawled in a cave.

The world revolves around .com and .cctlds. Most people don’t understand that keyword.estate is a domain name. Reg/renew fees 3x the .com rate doesn’t sweeten the deal. BuildingAnEstate.com can be hand regged.

Namebio shows no public sales of a domain name using [building] as the whole SLD.

The .estate aftermarket is so thin it would have to run around in the shower to get wet. Namebio reports one sale in the last year: rome.estate $200.

building.estate
wholesale - $x
retail - $xxx

Good luck!

First thing, I like your principle of attempting to match the left side to the right of the dot ... But honestly even you realize you can do better !

We come to appraisal threads looking for the names that are worth $XX,XXX - $X,XXX,XXX ... But then we see names like this, which strike curiosity but after looking at, we realize it's not a Ferrari, it's a Toyota

I value the name at $XX (high) to $XXX (low) ... If you had something like Build.Estate and you built a construction company "Enduser" out of it, then maybe you could strike a couple gold nuggets but Building.Estate is just not a common phrase ...

Nice try though and best wishes,

Alessandro
