I'd like to be able to do that too since something screwed up. A few of my pages aren't showing up in the emulator plus until I added a .html for the index.xhtml it just showed a list of all my damn files! GRRRRRRRRR


PS - I read on their support forum that they will be adding the option to have more sites instead of registering with a new username every time.

Has anybody found a way to start over?

Not just the go-back option, but able to begin again, at the very beginning?

pity for that, the free vesion is just for simple .txt content

but it is a good news to unexpert .mobi site constructor.

waiting more .mobi constructor tools ...

BTW, in technology level, current .mobi site is no any different in nature with any other website.

If the support companies, such as ericsson, google, nokia, gsm allicance can make more details support in OTA (over the ari) protocols for .mobi site, it shall be a good choice for .mobi site.

Update: I actually received an email today from support about the problems with my page. I didn't contact them about it, they took the initiative and contacted me so they must check the sites that are built. A VERY nice service. I hope to get the site fixed soon. :gl:

xhtml file extensions will now be html

Hi,

We’re glad to inform you that starting today the file extensions for your mobile website files have been changed from the current XHTML to HTML (Example index.xhtml will now be index.html). This means you will be able host the mobile websites in your current hosting environment without making any changes to the hosting server.

If you already have a mobiSiteGalore account, to publish the fresh HTML version of your website, please login to your mobiSiteGalore account with your Username and Publish your website.

Note: Only the file extension is changed from XHTML to HTML while the source code still maintains XHTML and the website remains 100% compliant with the Mobile Web best practices and will continue to score 5 on 5 in the MobiReady report.

This update seems like a God-Send to the "developer wannabe's" like myself who wish they could, but just don't have the knowledge to get a site up on their own.
