Break out of frames script

This is asked for quite a bit on various forums, thought I'd post it here:

Very simple to use. Just put this in between your head tags:

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="http://mf1.us/breakframes.js"></script>

Feel free to view it, it's simple but it works.
