Born on 29th February?

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
I was just thinking, tomorrow is the 29th Feb, which happenes once every 4 years. What happens for the people born on the 29th, do they age once every 4 years & celebrate their b'days every 4 years as well? It must suck being born on the 29th. :hehe:

Anyone here lucky enough to be born on the 29th?

Yeah, usually people that are born on the 29th, move their day to March 1st or Feb 28th.

If I was born on Feb 29th I would want that to stay on my Birth Certificate. It's factual. Deal with the birthday celebrations later.

would it be cheap to celebrate every 4 years?

Nope. More expensive than "every year multiplied by four", because you would be tempted to go "I've got to make-up for three lost years of my life" every birthday you celebrated on the 29th

HAPPY BIRTHDAY & BEST WISHES FOR THE FUTURE for all of those celebrating theirs today.

Interesting Guinness fact....

"The Guinness Book of World Records has documented the rare case of Norwayโ€™s Henriksen siblings, who amazingly were born on three consecutive Leap Days in the 1960โ€™s."

Imagine that! :alien:

Cheap for your friends as they would only give you presents every 4 years only. :hehe:

Heheh I was reading about this on a forum the other day. Apparently you guys are all special and are called "Leaplings" Many restaurants in various States were giving free meals for the first 29 Leaplings who turned up. Presumably with birth certificates.

There is even a "Society" for you, and the spokesman when asked about the birth certificate thing said those who claim their birth date as 28th Feb were "Strict Februarians" and those who opted for 1st March were "in denial". LOL.
