Well, I guess the webhosting area is the best place for this...
1) I signed up for a blog a while ago but due to problems with my ADSL never had the time to maintain it. I would like to give it a new go but would in fact prefer a different subdomain.blogspot.com as I have thought of something slightly better than the one I had before.
However, as both subdomains are quite similar, I would prefer to keep the other blog existing even though not updating and using the newly started blog from now on. That way I could link the old URL to the new one and make sure no visitors have issues to find the new URL.
Is Blogspot allowing two blogs for a same accountholder though? Signing up with another email address as back then is not a problem, however I never provide false sign-up information and prefer giving my real name etc.
Also, I can really remove the old blog if it really has to be done to not break the rules. I wonder though if they would find it an issue if I just let the old blog be.
2) Also, a second question: I bought a domainname (.com domain) for the blog. I wonder if my only option is to redirect it to subdomain.blogspot.com via URL forwarding, or can you somehow change the nameservers so that you have www.domain.com instead of the blogspot.com subdomain?)
Thanks to those willing to answer. I did check some articles on blogger.com but couldn't immediately find the answers there.
