Sorry, not much, I'm afraid. Nearly nothing. Ok, nothing. There are still lots of good blog names out there because many of the popular blogs don't even use the name "blog" in them. Your name would still be a good one if it were .com, but .net and blogs are pretty much worthless, in my opinion (to an end user - you might get a domainer to buy). I could eat my words in 5 years when blogs turn out to be something that they aren't now, but even though blogs will be with us for a while, if they really stay around, I still have the feeling that something else will be so much hotter that a .net blog name will still be of little value. As always, could be very wrong (I think I need to make this my signature.)

Premium Blog .com's are going mid $xxxx so there is a definite market out there.
