I think this domain name is somewhat brand-able!

Blboss= Backlinks boss , Body language boss, Business logic boss etc.

Good pronunciation and easy to remember . However it doesn't get any searches in google :/

Also I think I can sell it to an end user in fiverr who goes by the same username and sells backlinks services ! He has over 21k reviews so I think I can charge somewhat high if he is willing to offer.

I just want to know what I should charge for this domain or set the Bin price-

A- If I sell it on sites like Flippa,sedo,Afternic etc. or
B- That user on fiverr who goes by the same username and sells backlinks services !

Also which method will fetch me more money

I think it's brandable, short and sounds good. I think the best strategy would be to contact that fiverr user, and ask if he is interested. In such case invite him to make an offer. After that, if he makes an offer you decide if you want to negotiate or not. If he is not interested, maybe Flippa is a good venue to auction it.
I would add that being a brandable, the value would increase if it were developed. So maybe you could consider this alternative. If not, you might get high $xx to low $xxx.
