Which do you think are the most valuable? Where would be the best place to sell them? Would you recommend email solicitations on names like these?

I think that dnamethods.com have the most value...

Remember that net/org TLD lower the value quite a bit

Being a biotech student I can tell you these may be worth quite a bit in a few years.

Also try registering something with DNA
clones and the lot.

Valuation

Thanks for your help. Its funny that when I registered these I thought DNAMethods would have the least, since it is themed more for an info than a commercial site.

What kind of value do you think these domains would have today--on the wholesale or retail market?

Today, these are worth just a bit over reg fee at the wholesale level. But give it a few years, and it could be worth ten times that. Somehow I think you already knew that.
