BFast Spyware Removal - How?

I have been plagued by BFast affiliates for a while now. Googled it and came up with tons of options for BFast removal, but I am skeptical as it seems that these removal software may be spyware in themselves.

Anybody knows how and where to remove BFast? It does not seem to be available at Remove Software/Programs on WIN2k.

Have you tried AdAware? It gets rid of most Spyware/Adware programs and it's free...

Yes tried that but it did not detect BFast...

What about SpyBot - Search and Destroy - I use it in conjunction with Adaware and they get most things between them.
