Best way to update all the .html files in a directory?

Does anyone know what's the best way to update a URL or replace a text in ALL THE .html files in a folder rather than opening each .html file and replacing the text??

use dreamweaver mx 2004, open all documents, and then search for the url to replace. choose all open documents, and voila it replaces it :P.

an other way is to use php instead of just html files

I use CuteHTML and I can strongly recommend it.

Have all files open and replace all at the same time, excellent.
