I think Postgres is far and away from the best choice. Postgres DB works quicker. MySQL can’t keep up with the features of Postgres. SQL Server has great tooling, but terrible compatibility and a virtually nonexistent community.
If you need a NoSQL database (hint: you don't) just use flask instead. Django is an Active record ORM-centric framework. Using it with NoSQL is like buying a tesla and using it as a toolbox in your garage.
