Best court case ever? (Men's worst nightmare inside!! Your Warned!)

This has got to be the absolute best court room dialogue ever. What i would give to have been in chambers for the discussion on this. Here are some exerpts from the below link. The case is regarding...pregnancy and oral sex:

yeah, it was the mother attorney that made that statement. She has no care for anyone but herself. A five year old has no interest in the news and could be sheltered from it. I bet dollars to donughts that instead of sheltering him, she made sure the child found out so her attorney could play this angle, and it looks effective. Really to me it shows just what a selfish person she must be, to be willing to play this angle.

#1 - WHO Can anyone Prove it was really collected that way ?
#2 - If I had the money or means and Knew it was my Child - YEP ! , for no other reason but to keep the Child away from this type of Exposure .... and other obvious reasons as well .... Taking Care of Your Children like you should !

I'm not saying He didn't have a Reason to file ... just think it could have been resolved way before it Reach National News !!!!

all4cost... i think your missing a major point here they outlined in the article:

What the "father" did was in no way a reasonable act in which he could have expected..or should be held accountable to the risk that he could have sire'd a child with her.

having a baby from a bj... the nightmare's im gonna have. Man, leave it to women to even ruin oral sex lol.

I know what the point of it is (Yes it would be a Rude Awakening if it Truly happened this way) - Not saying it is false or anything -
Just answered it from the POV if it was MY child .... It won't be a good thing in the back of this Child's Mind for the rest of their life .... Children today have enough on their minds I'm sure without this Scar added to the mix.

Still - were you there Lee ? (Hope the answer is No - lol) :red: - I mean .... Could Modern Forensics/Science prove that she Inseminated herself this way ??? :bah: Doesn't Matter now I guess ... the Damage is done -

I would probably file for custody..... it would be the last thing she wanted, and it already seems best to me to get the child away from this mother who would have her lawyer make quotes like that. Then she could also pay me child support.
