I wouldn't sell it for less than $1,000. BUT, you need to sell fairly fast to get the most out of it.

Have a little vision -- Any good Pope domain has the potential to generate huge traffic waves right now, which can easily turn into major PPC earnings. If I owned the site, I'd turn it into a very thorough biography and history. There will be students around the world doing research projects on our new Pope over the next few months. However, it's got to be a well done site with lots of good information about this Pope as well as the papacy in general.

i think the domain's worth alot now, a lot more when something happens.... you never know events that happen with important people

I would develop the site, his legacy, his history, etc. Then it will be worth alot when he passes in the future, like other important people.
