Its hard to place a number on this one.
When I give my appraisals, I usually give a $ value. With this one its harder, as the market for it isnt all too clear.
However, converting this into a minisite (I know everyone says that), you should get quiet some cash from ads.
mid $xxx is safe bet IMO.
Not easy to sell, yet easy to monetize with scuba gear info.
