Yes, various.
A few are getting decent traffic (7 domain names) and a few others (4 names) will be used by oursleves for new businesses. However, we have approx. 20 other good Dutch .be domain names that are parked and are not getting any traffic yet.
No offers were received as yet.

.be are selling but to my knowledge the amounts are 3-figure ($$$) and not more.
Generic keywords in French and Dutch should sell easy, English words may be OK if they are widely used/known by non-English speakers or if they fit the market.
For example 'onlinecreditreports' is useless, first credit reports do not exist in Belgium (at least not as you know them in the US) and are certainly not delivered online.
.be is a ccTLD like many others and I think it is useful only to someone who actually does business in Belgium.

Now to give you an example here are some names of mine that get some hits (and clicks):
autocredit.be
zik.be (means 'music' in slang French)

I also have one pending offer on a job-related name. It looks like a company that wants to recover the name it used to have in the past.

my verloop.be gets almost 2000 uniques a month. (http://www.sedo.com/search/details.php4?partnerid=21368&domain=verloop.be) Ranks some 500th among all Sedo websites.

It took my like, 2 minutes to set up.
