In the movie, there's a scene with a billboard for a Batman vs Superman movie. The movie (IAL) is set in 2009. Maybe it's a hint at something to come?

Realistically Superman has an advantage considering he's inhuman abilities, but if we're talking strictly skill Batman. Their cleverness would be something to watch out for, though.

Wow i was thinking superman before i started reading this post. As i read the decision swayed for Batman because of the whole kryptonite thing. Which makes perfect sense. Anyways if kryptonite was not used Superman would woop batman back and forth up the street. If it was a prison match which anything goes Batman would rule.
