Banner rotation script?

I am looking for a good cheap script to rotate banners on my site.
it would need to allow advertisers to login, have an admin area for me, and the code to place the ads on the page must be with an IFRAME/ILAYER... and allow HTML ads...

I tried phpadsnew but didnt like it... I want something simple!

I would give HotScripts a shot. One of our members requested a similar script previously and we came up with quite a few scripts. Try making a search, and I'm sure you'll find the thread. Let us know if you don't and we'll find it for you.
